Raspberry Roulade

our sponge roll is a new size of 30cm long- roughly 6(large) - 12 slices (smaller)

This Raspberry Roulade features a sponge sheet filled with Raspberry jelly, Chantilly cream, Cream patisserie, and fresh raspberries, delicately rolled up and adorned with edible flowers, freeze dried and fresh raspberries.
